Getting some track time in. I've been running this engine almost 2 years now.
Purrs like a kitten.
This piston and sleeve cannot be resized/pinched. You can see the top of the piston has a smaller diameter than the rest of the piston. Engine will run but it won't sit at idle without stalling out.
Your plug will tell you exactly what's happening with your engine. This plug shows near perfect combustion and engine performance.
With our drag analysis, these are our calculated numbers using dyno data. Next photo shows actual drag race results.

Not really recommended to do. Throws timing off and makes tuning much more difficult.

Here's a good visual for which carb needle is in control throughout the carb from idle to wide open throttle (WOT)
