Shipping Policy
 

At Powerband Precision, we work with customers throughout the United States and internationally. Please review the following shipping policy before placing an order or sending in an engine or vehicle for service.

 


Shipping Engines or Vehicles for Service

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their engine or vehicle to our service address.


Before shipping:

  • Drain all fuel completely

  • Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit

  • Include your name, return shipping address, email address, and order information inside the package

  • Include any parts required for the service, if applicable

 

For services such as Complete Race Optimization, the complete vehicle must be shipped — not just the engine.

Powerband Precision is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or shipping damage that occurs before the item arrives.


Return Shipping After Service

Once service is completed, return shipping costs are covered by Powerband Precision unless otherwise stated.
Engines and vehicles will be returned to the shipping address provided with the order unless a different address is confirmed in advance.


Product Orders

For physical product orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Powerband Precision is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.


Processing Time

Service turnaround times vary depending on the type of service selected, current workload, and parts availability.
Product order processing times may vary depending on inventory and order volume.
Estimated turnaround or shipping times are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

Orders and completed services may be shipped using carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on package size, destination, and service requirements.


Domestic and International Shipping

We ship within the United States and may offer international shipping where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Powerband Precision is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first when applicable.
If you receive a damaged package or believe there is a shipping issue, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and contents.
While we will do our best to assist, Powerband Precision is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, or transit damage once the package has been shipped.
