Powerband Precision- A legal disclaimer

At Powerband Precision, we specialize in professional break-in and tuning services for R/C nitro engines. We take great care in handling every engine that comes through our shop.

 

 

Customer Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their engines to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Powerband Precision is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during inbound shipping to our facility.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by Powerband Precision. Once your engine service is complete, it will be shipped back using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with tracking provided.

Turnaround Time

Typical service turnaround is 1–3 business days after the engine is received. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist with the carrier claim process where possible. Powerband Precision cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged by shipping carriers.

International Orders

We gladly accept international customers. All customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Services

Because each engine is individually serviced and tuned, all services are non-refundable once work has begun.
