1. Services

 

 

Powerband Precision provides professional break-in and tuning services for R/C nitro engines. Each engine is serviced based on its condition at the time of receipt.

 

 

2. Payment

 

 

Full payment is required before service begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

 

3. Shipping

 

 

Customers are responsible for inbound shipping and packaging their engine safely. Powerband Precision covers return shipping using USPS or UPS.

 

 

4. No Refunds or Returns

 

 

All services are final and non-refundable once work has started. Due to the custom nature of engine tuning and break-in work, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

 

 

5. Liability

 

 

While all care is taken, Powerband Precision is not liable for any engine damage, wear, or operational issues that occur before, during, or after service. Engines are serviced at the customer’s own risk.

 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

Customers must ensure engines are clean, drained of fuel, and safe to handle. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or contaminated engines.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

All text, images, and content on this site are property of Powerband Precision and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
