Break-In Stage III | Nitro RC Engine Performance Optimization

Break-In Stage III is a comprehensive RC nitro engine break-in and performance optimization service designed to deliver peak usable power while maintaining a safe tuning margin for real-world racing conditions.

The service includes the complete Stage I and Stage II break-in process, followed by additional inspection, cleaning, sealing, and extended dyno refinement under controlled load.

After break-in, the engine is partially disassembled and thoroughly cleaned to remove any possible break-in debris. It is then reassembled and sealed at critical areas such as the carburetor neck and pinch-bolt area to help reduce the chance of air leaks and inconsistent tuning.

Extended dyno testing is then performed to refine the powerband, improve usable acceleration, and optimize overall engine performance. The final tune is set at approximately 95% of verified peak output, giving the engine strong race-ready performance while leaving a practical safety margin for changing fuel, weather, and track conditions.

Final dyno results and the verified optimal tuning configuration are documented upon completion.
