A controlled break-in process designed to properly seat the piston and sleeve while stabilizing compression and operating characteristics. Heat cycling is performed under monitored conditions to ensure proper component mating and long-term reliability.

 

The engine is returned with a safe baseline tune ready for gradual leaning.
