Break-In Stage II includes the complete Stage I break-in process followed by tuning refinement under controlled load. After the piston and sleeve are properly seated through monitored heat cycling, the engine is evaluated and adjusted to improve throttle response, fuel delivery, idle stability, and overall running behavior.
The engine is tuned to approximately 85–90% of its verified maximum output, leaving a safe performance margin for changing fuel, climate, track conditions, gearing, pipe setup, and vehicle load.
Final tuning configuration is documented upon completion, giving you a clear reference for how the engine was set up before return.
