The O.S. Speed R21 Shimo Edition 3 Engine, item #1FG01, is a factory-developed .21 nitro engine built for competitive 1/8-scale on-road racing. Created in collaboration with O.S. Team driver Takaaki Shimo, this engine is designed to deliver smooth, linear power from low RPM through top end.
The R21 Shimo Edition 3 features spacer technology on the exhaust side of the crankcase to help create a more controllable throttle response across the full powerband. Its 9-port cylinder liner and updated piston treatment are designed to improve performance and extend engine life during demanding race use.
