RC Nitro Engine Rebuild and Mechanical Restoration

This service is a complete mechanical restoration focused on returning your RC nitro engine to proper operating condition. Your engine is fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and reassembled with the selected replacement component or components.

Internal parts are evaluated for wear to help ensure stable compression, dependable reliability, and consistent performance once the engine is returned.

Choose the rebuild option that matches your engine’s needs, including piston and sleeve, connecting rod, bearings, carburetor, or a combination of components.

Carburetor + Bearings Option:
Selecting both the carburetor and bearings option is considered a full engine overhaul. The engine will be completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled with the selected replacement components.

Service pricing does not include replacement parts. Parts may be supplied by the customer, or contact Powerband Precision to arrange a special order before service begins.
