Rebuild + Break-In | RC Nitro Engine Piston & Sleeve Service

This nitro RC engine rebuild and break-in service combines a complete rebuild process with controlled break-in for engines receiving a new piston and sleeve.

After the engine is rebuilt, the new piston and sleeve are heat-cycled under monitored conditions to help properly seat the components, stabilize compression, and establish a safe operating baseline before the engine is returned.

This controlled process gives the fresh piston and sleeve a proper start instead of sending the engine back completely unrun. The engine is returned with a safe baseline tune, ready for gradual leaning and final adjustment in your own vehicle based on fuel, weather, pipe, gearing, and track conditions.
