This service combines a complete Stage I rebuild process with controlled break-in for engines receiving a new piston and sleeve.
After the engine is rebuilt with the new piston and sleeve, it is heat-cycled under monitored conditions to help properly seat the components and stabilize compression before it is returned. This process gives the new piston and sleeve a controlled start rather than sending it back completely unrun.
The engine is returned with a safe baseline tune, ready for gradual leaning and final adjustment during initial operation in your own vehicle and local conditions.

Important note
Final tuning should always be adjusted gradually based on your fuel, glow plug, pipe, weather, gearing, and vehicle load.
