Rebuild - Stage II

Includes the complete Stage I rebuild process followed by controlled break-in when a new piston and sleeve are installed. Heat cycling is performed under monitored conditions to properly seat components and stabilize compression before the engine is returned. The engine is supplied with a safe baseline tune ready for gradual leaning during initial operation.

Starting price includes piston and sleeve replacement.

If multiple components require replacement (for example bearings and connecting rod), select one option from the drop-down menu and list the additional component in the comments section during checkout. Increase quantity if multiple engines require service.
