Refund Policy
At Powerband Precision, we are committed to providing quality products and professional services. Because many of our offerings involve labor, performance evaluation, and service-specific work, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of purchase.
Services
All service purchases, including but not limited to engine break-in, tuning, diagnostics, rebuilds, dyno services, and optimization services, are non-refundable once work has begun.
Due to the time, labor, and custom nature of these services, refunds are not available for completed work or partially completed work that has already been started.
If a service has been purchased but the engine or vehicle has not yet been shipped and no work has begun, a refund may be approved at our discretion.
Products
Refunds for eligible product returns will only be issued after the item has been received, inspected, and approved.
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must be returned in original packaging

The return must be approved in advance
Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or returned in non-original condition may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Completed service work

Used or installed engine parts

Opened internal engine components

Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued depending on the situation.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow reasonable time for processing and for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
