Our Process
Structured. Documented. Controlled from start to finish.
Every engine is handled through a defined workflow designed to ensure reliability, consistency, and measurable performance results.
01 — Intake & Initial Inspection
When your engine arrives, it is documented and evaluated before any work begins.
• External condition inspection
• Compression check and mechanical assessment
• Verification of requested service
• Pre-service documentation of engine condition
No work is performed until the engine’s starting condition is confirmed.
02 — Evaluation & Preparation
Before service execution, critical components and sealing surfaces are reviewed.
• Disassembly (when required for rebuild services)
• Component wear evaluation
• Piston-to-sleeve fitment verification
• Sealing surface inspection for air leak integrity
This ensures the service is performed on a verified mechanical foundation.
03 — Service Execution
Work is carried out according to the selected service.
Depending on the service type, this may include:
• Controlled load-based heat cycling
• Precision reassembly with verified sealing
• Dyno evaluation under operating load
• Fuel delivery and powerband refinement
Adjustments are made methodically — never blindly.
04 — Verification & Validation
Before completion, performance and integrity are confirmed.
• Compression stability verification
• Air leak integrity confirmation
• Dyno validation (when applicable)
• Stability and consistency checks under load
Only once results are verified does the engine move to final preparation.
05 — Preservation & Return
Each engine is prepared for safe storage and shipment.
• Internal components preserved with protective lubrication
• Engine sealed and secured for transport
• Final tuning configuration documented (when applicable)
• Returned ready for installation or staged tuning
Built on Process — Not Guesswork
Precision performance requires structure. Every engine is approached methodically to ensure consistent, repeatable results — not temporary gains.
